We installed the helphouse.io app to connect our HubSpot with Zendesk Support. Unfortunately it wasn't working (keep saying loading), we reached out several times and we waited days and weeks for a reponse. We got responses finally but they could not fix our problem. They keep charging us even though they knew it's not working on our account. Give yourself a favor and do not rely on this product/support. As a SaaS business it was hard writing this review, but the experience could not have been worse.
